Hello, My name is Karen Kaiser and I am the owner and a groomer at Best in Show professional pet grooming. I have groomed dogs and cats for 33 years and have loved my profession every step of the way. I think my greatest skill is handling and working with dogs that are harder to groom. No matter if it's a puppies first time, older dogs that are resistant, or dogs that are simply afraid. I love being able to help those dogs to enjoy being groomed. My staff at Best in Show are amazing people. They each bring a special gift and quality to the business. My team is hand picked and happy to accommodate all your pets needs.

Aurora worked for six years as a Kennel Manager and a Vet Technician before she joined us here at Best in Show in 2011. Starting out working with animals at 17 years old gives her a great advantage on giving your pet the best possible experience. In 2012 she moved from bathing to grooming to be trained on the job here at Best in Show. She is very happy to carry on the quality of work Best in Show strives for. Expect to see her for many years to come.

Hello my name is Brandy. Aside from being a mother of three beautiful children, working with animals has been my passion. I started out working at a wildlife rescue park in Oklahoma. Moved back home to Cheyenne where I have worked at the animal shelter, another dog grooming shop, and now Best in Show pet grooming. I have worked here over four years now. I have never worked with a better group of people. They're more than co-workers, they've become family and I cant forget the customers we have and how wonderful them and their fur babies are.

Hello, my name is Whitney. I am a bather/groomer in training, and I love learning new tips and tricks about the job every day! Each dog brings new experiences, and I love how every dog is different. I was born and raised here in Cheyenne, and still reside here with my husband and 2 little dachshunds. I am very grateful to be able to work with the wonderful ladies here at Best in Show!

My name is Erica, I am in my early 20s, and have been with Best in Show since September 2021. I have been working with animals since I was 15 when my family would foster feral kittens. I have also worked at the animal shelter here in Cheyenne for little over a year. Animals have always been a passion of mine, but outside that I am a full time college student who is working towards a biology degree. I love learning new things and when I'm not at work, I can typically be found with my family...both the human and the fur kind!
